Creamed Cabbage
- 2 cups cabbage, boiled & minced (see Boiled Cabbage recipe)
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Put the minced cabbage, hot milk, pepper and salt in a stew pan.
Beat the flour and butter together until it has a creamy consistency, then stir into the contents of the stew pan. Simmer for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal).
Serve very hot.
