Cream Puff Filling
- 1/2 pint milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Boil the milk in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the cornstarch. Stir the mixture into the boiling milk. Stir on the stove until thick. Add vanilla. When cool, it is then ready to be put into the puff.
