Cream Pie

  • 2 Washington pies
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 3 Tbsps white sugar
  • Vanilla extract
Combine the sweet cream and sugar, beat with egg-beater or fork until it is stiff enough to put on without running off. Flavor with vanilla. If you beat it after it is stiff, it will turn to butter. Put between the cakes and on top.
