Cream Cookies
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup thin cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 3 cup flour
Cream the butter, add the sugar, eggs, thin cream and vanilla. Sift the baking powder , salt, mace and flour together and add these to the mixture. Roll about 1/4 inch think and cut. Bake in a hot oven.
