Corned Beef Hash No. 2

  • 2 cups corned beef
  • 2 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped beets
  • 1 slice chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk and hot water
Mix all of the above ingredients. Grease an iron frying pan, heat, add hash, spread evenly, cover, and cook slowly one hour. Fold, turn, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
