Corned Beef and Cabbage
  • Beef
  • Cabbage
  • Tomato ketchup or horseradish
Cook beef 2 hours, then add cabbage and cook 1 1/2 hours longer. When done, put meat in center of dish, with cabbage around it. Serve with tomato ketchup or horseradish.
