Corn Meal Balls
- mush
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Mix all together and Mold into the shape of balls. Egg and crumb the balls, and fry in deep fat. Or, place on a buttered baking sheet, put a piece of butter on top of each ball, and bake to a nice brown.
