Cooked Cream Dressing
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- 3 egg yolks, well-beaten
Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add vinegar and oil. Stir in cream and beaten egg yolks; cook in top of double boiler until thick.
