Confectioner's Frosting No. 3
  • 3 tablespoons milk, cream or boiling water
  • confectioner's sugar
  • flavoring extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Add sufficient sugar to liquid to make of consistency to spread; add flavoring and use.
