Cold Brandy Sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 Tbsps brandy
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Warm the butter slightly and work it to a light cream with the sugar. Add the brandy and spices. Beat the mixture hard and set aside and take a deep breath until needed. Put the mixture in a mold to look nice and serve on a flat dish.
