Coconut Pudding
- 8 eggs
- 2 coconuts
- 1 pint of milk
- 1 pound of butter
- 2 tablespoonfuls of rose brandy
- 1 tablespoonful of rose-water
- Sugar
Ingredients for four puddings; eight eggs, two coconuts, one pint of milk, one quarter and half a quart- of a pound of butter, two tablespoonfuls of rose brandy, and one tablespoonful of rose-water. Add sugar enough to sweeten them.
