Coconut Pudding
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 4 Tbsps wine
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb coconut, grated
- Stale cake
Mix the butter, sugar, wine and beaten eggs together. When these have been stirred together until light, add the grated coconut mixed with a little stale cake.
