Coconut Custard Pie

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 1 cup coconut, freshly grated
Beat eggs and sugar. Add heated milk gradually then the coconut. Bake in crust until knife inserted comes out clean. Heat oven first, then bake slowly at 300 degrees F as custard waters if cooked too quickly or too long.
