Coconut Cream Bars
  • Coconut fudge (see Coconut Fudge recipe)
  • Chocolate coating, melted
Make coconut fudge. Cut in 2-inch strips. Dip one end in melted chocolate coating. Lay on wax paper until chocolate is firm.
