Coconut Caramels
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pint coconut, grated
Boil sugar and milk for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Then add the coconut and boil for approximately ten minutes longer. Pour on buttered dish. When cool, cut in bars.
