Coconut Bonbons

  • 1 egg white
  • Sugar
  • Coconut, grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add enough pulverized sugar and grated coconut to the egg white and an equal quantity of water to enable you to make into balls. Lay the balls on greased pans. Take 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup water. Boil it until it creams. Add vanilla. Set the pan on another containing boiling water so it will not get too hard. Roll the balls in the cream. Lay on greased plates to become hard to the touch.
