Cocoa
- 7 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 quart of boiling water
- 1 quart of rich milk
Dissolve seven tablespoons of cocoa in a quart of boiling water. Put a quart of rich milk in a double boiler on the stove and let it become scalding hot but not to a boil, then turn into the cocoa and let stand ten minutes on the back of the stove.
Serve hot and sweeten to taste when served.
