Clams in Vienna Rolls

  • Vienna roll
  • Clams
  • Clam juice
  • Flour
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
Cut out a piece of the crust the size of a half dollar off the Vienna roll. Remove the soft bread from the inside. Open as many clams as will fill the roll. Replace the small piece of crust and pop it in the oven for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal).

Take the clam juice and thicken with flour. Add paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Heat up.

Take out the baked roll from the oven and pour the sauce over it.
