Christmas Pudding
- 1 pound suet
- 1 pound currants
- 1 pound raisins
- 1 pound sultanas
- 1 pound moist sugar
- 1 pint milk
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 pound grated breadcrumbs
- 1/2 pound citron
- 1/4 pound orange peel
- 1/4 pound lemon peel
- 1/2 pound flour (browned)
Mix completely and boil five hours.
