Chocolate Pie
- 2 cups milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ounces or 2 squares chocolate
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch
- Vanilla
Sift together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk gradually and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Melt chocolate over hot water, add to mixture with egg yolks. Mix thoroughly and let cool. Add vanilla and pour into a pan lined with rich pastry. Cover with meringue.
