Chocolate Icing
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Icing sugar
- 1/6 of a package of Baker's chocolate,
Beat white of one egg stiff, add one teaspoon of vanilla and one tablespoon of water, and enough icing sugar to make stiff. Melt 1/6 of a package of Baker's chocolate, then beat into egg and sugar and spread it on the cake.
