Chocolate Fudge

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsps corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 2 squares chocolate
  • Vanilla to taste
Boil sugar, milk, syrup and chocolate, stirring only to prevent burning. To test, put teaspoon of mixture on saucer and stir. When consistency of cooked fudge, remove from fire. Stir in butter and vanilla. When warm, beat.
