Chocolate Fondue
- 1 cup premium cocoa (non-sweetened)
- 1 1/4 cup spring water
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup + 5 Tbsp heavy cream
- 5 ounces 62% semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1. Bring water, sugar, and corn syrup to boil in a pot on the stove. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
2. Pour in cocoa. Whisk until smooth.
3. Cook over medium heat.
4. Add cream, boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate.
6. Pour into fondue pot and keep warm.
7. Serve with strawberries, pineapple, or other fruit.
