Chocolate Cream Nectar
- 2 squares (ounces) of chocolate
- 1/2 cup liquid coffee
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- Whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the chocolate in a dry saucepan over a gentle heat. Add the coffee (liquid) to it and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and water and cook 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Chill. Add vanilla. Pour into glasses, each containing a tablespoon of whipped cream. Be sure the beverage is thoroughly chilled before serving.
