Chocolate Cream
- 1/8 pound chocolate
- 1 pint milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Melt chocolate. Heat one pint milk; add yolks of eggs, and sugar; until it has a creamy consistency; add the chocolate. It must not boil. Strong coffee, vanilla, may be used in the same manner, as flavoring to the cream.
