Chive Sauce for Beef

  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup finely cut chives
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
Mix cream, vinegar and chives; add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Serves 6.
