Chili Sauce
- 3 dozen ripe tomatoes
- 6 green peppers
- 3 red peppers
- 6 whole onions
- 6 cups vinegar
- 6 teaspoons allspice
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
Run tomatoes, peppers and onions through the food chopper. Add remaining ingredients, boil from 1 to 2 hours or until thickened. Pour into sterilized jars, seal.
