Chile Cheese Bacon Bread for ABM
- For 1 Pound Loaf:
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canned green chilies, chopped & drained
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1-1/2 teaspoons yeast
- For 1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup canned green chilies, chopped & drained
- 3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 2 teaspoons yeast
