Chile Cheese Bacon Bread for ABM

  • For 1 Pound Loaf:
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup canned green chilies, chopped & drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • For 1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup canned green chilies, chopped & drained
  • 3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
