Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 large chicken, boiled and cut into pieces
- 2 packages spaghetti, cooked
- Bacon grease or butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 4 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Paprika
- Tabasco or red pepper
- 1 can mushrooms, drained and cut in half
- 3 hard boiled eggs, cut in quarters
- Cheese, grated
Fy onion in bacon grease or butter. Add tomato juice, cook 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add Worcestershire sauce and plenty of salt , paprika and a little Tabasco sauce or red pepper. Mix together adding mushrooms and hard boiled eggs. Cook slowly until ready to serve. Serve topped with grated cheese.
