Cherry Bounce

  • 2 quarts wild cherries
  • 1 gallon brandy
  • 2 lbs powdered loaf sugar
Put the cherries in a demijohn. Be careful not to take out the pits. Add the brandy and powdered loaf sugar. Shake it up everyday for a week.

After a week, this will be fit for use and will keep for years. The older, the better.
