Cheesed Rice
- 2 cups cold, boiled rice
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- Shreds of pimento
Put the cold rice and milk in a double boiler or chafing dish. Heat thoroughly over water. Sprinkle lightly over it the grated cheese and a few shreds of pimento. Cover tightly. Let it stand over the hot water until the cheese is melted.
