Champagne Ice

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 quart bottle champagne
Dissolve sugar in water, add orange juice and champagne. Pour into molds or inset pan of automatic refrigerator and freeze. Stir once during freezing period. Serves 6 to 8.
