Celeried Oysters
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 2 Tbsp minced celery
- Seasoning
- 1 wineglass sherry
Melt the butter. Add the oysters and celery. Cook 3 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add seasoning and sherry. Serve very hot on buttered toast.
