Caramel Frosting
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Few grains salt
Mix ingredients in saucepan and cook slowly until soft ball is formed when tested in cold water. Remove from heat, beat until it has a creamy consistency and spread at once.
