Canary Pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Melt the butter. Add the sugar then the flour and baking powder sifted together. Next, the lemon rind, and lastly, the eggs well-beaten. Put into greased cups. Steam for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve hot, with or without sauce.
