Buttered Kale
- 1 pound kale
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper
Remove coarse stems and wash kale through and through. Drain, cook in small amount boiling water with the onion, until tender. Drain and chop fine. Season with butter, pepper and salt.
