Butter Scotch Pie

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sweet milk, vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
Melt butter, add flour, sugar, and eggs. Beat with enthusiasm, add milk , butter and cook until thick in double boiler. Bake pie crust first, fill with cooked butter scotch and add meringue made from whites of eggs and little sugar.
