Brown Haricot Mince
- 1 cup haricot beans
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- Fat
Soak beans overnight, simmer gently until tender, and pass through a mincer. Fry onion in a little fat, add to beans with tomato sauce, replace in saucepan, and heat with a little water, if your little heart desires. Serve with plain boiled rice.
