Broiled Venison

  • venison steaks
  • melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Put the venison steaks in the double wire broiler and boil over a clear fire. When done place on a hot platter, season with pepper and salt and pour atop it some hot butter, flip it gently and put on more of the butter, and serve at once.
