Breakfast Fritters

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • flour
  • 2 cups rice
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Beat eggs and salt, add rice and sugar, and mix baking powder with enough flour to make medium stiff. Fry in deep fat.
