Breakfast Dish

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • Pounded crackers
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly together. Form into cakes. The cakes will be rather soft but dropping each one into a plate of pounded crackers will enable you to handle them better. Put into a hot frying pan. No lard is to be used but keep the pan covered while frying.
