Beef Omelet
- 3 lbs beefsteak, finely chopped
- 3/4 lb suet, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sage
- Eggs
- 6 Boston crackers, rolled
Mix the chopped beefsteak and suet together. Add salt, pepper, a little sage, 3 eggs and roll, roll, rolled crackers. Make into a roll and baste.
