Bean Salad
- 2 cups red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup radishes, cut in small pieces
- 1 cup celery, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup sour pickles, cut in small pieces
Rinse the beans in a little cool water. Place them in a bowl appropriate for mixing. Add the radishes, celery and pickles. Chill and serve on lettuce or cabbage leaves with salad dressing.
