Bean Salad
- String beans
- Salt
- Onions, finely chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Olive oil or melted butter
Break the string beans into small pieces or leave whole. Wash and cook until soft in salt water. Drain well. Add chopped onions, pepper, salt and vinegar. When cool, add olive oil or melted butter.
