Baked Lemon Pudding
- 3 ounces bread crumbs
- 3 ounces sugar
- 3 ounces butter
- Rind of 1 lemon, grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 pint hot milk
- 3 eggs
- Paste
Mix the dry ingredients. Pour the hot milk over them. When cold, add the eggs and lemon juice. Line a greased dish with thin paste, putting a double strip around the edge. Pour the mixture into it. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
