Baked Eggs with Cream Sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Brush an earthen (made of clay)ware dish with a little butter; break eggs into dish, cover with cream sauce, and delicately sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a hot oven 12 minutes (be patient, you rascal).

Melt butter, add flour and mix well. Add milk slowly, stirring all the time until smooth and creamy. Add seasoning and boil minutes (be patient, you rascal).
