Baked Custard

  • 32 ounces milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 ounces sugar
Scald the milk. Be careful not to boil it. After letting it cool, stir the eggs and sugar into it. Bake in a dish or cups.

Set in a stove pan and surround with water but not enough to boil into the custard cups.

Bake when the custard is set which will be in 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
