Arrat Pudding

  • 1/2 pound macaroons
  • 2 1/2 pounds ladies fingers soaked in wine
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
Beat macaroons, ladyfingers, eggs and sugar for 30 minutes; dissolve and mix with eggs after they are beaten, and whip quickly for a minute or two. Have whipped cream on top.
