Apricot Dessert

  • 1 can apricots
  • sugar to taste
  • 3 or 4 drops almond
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, rubbed with 1/2 cup water
Cook apricots until very soft and smooth. Add sugar. Then add egg yolks, beaten a little. Rub cornstarch with water and add, then stir in beaten whites of eggs. Flavor. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry for garnishing.
