Almond Pudding
- 1 lb almonds, blanched
- Rose water
- 4 crackers, pounded
- 6 eggs
- 1 pint milk or cream
- 1 lb sugar
- 1/2 lb butter
- 4 Tbsps wine
Pound the blanched almonds with rose water to prevent their oiling. Slowly stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix. Bake on a crust.
